Will my Bigspy subscription auto-renew?

Yes, Bigspy automatically renews your subscription after each billing period, depending on your chosen subscription type - monthly or annually.
If you wish to cancel your Bigspy subscription, you can cancel at any time in "My Plan." Please note that doing so will turn off the auto-renew feature and end the current subscription cycle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

BigSpy accepts payment via credit cards and Alipay.

How to change my payment credit card for Bigspy?

Currently, we do not support direct credit card switching for Bigspy.
However, here's an option: Please go to "My Plan - Plan - Cancel Subscription" and cancel your subscription first. Once your Bigspy subscription has expired, you can subscribe again using a different card.

How can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan using either of the following methods:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the website, navigate to "My Plan - Plan," and click the '↑Upgrade' button.
  2. Directly visit the Pricing page, select a more advanced plan, pay the price difference, and your upgrade will be applied.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Unfortunately, you cannot directly downgrade your plan. If you want to change your plan, please cancel your current subscription first, and then you can resubscribe to another plan starting next month.

How do I unsubscribe from the current Bigspy plan?

  1. Go to "My Plan" by clicking your name in the top right corner.
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription."
  3. Confirm each step, especially choose "cancel subscription" in the second confirmation.
  4. After cancellation, check your account to ensure no upcoming payments. You can still use your current billing cycle.

About Bigspy Pro Plan $1 Trial

Bigspy Pro offers a 3-day trial with full access to features for a payment of $1. After the trial, it automatically converts to a paid subscription, charging the linked payment method. You're free to cancel during the trial to avoid charges. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for canceled trial days. Each account is entitled to a single trial; kindly refrain from using multiple accounts for repeated trials to prevent potential account issues.

Do you offer a trial/demo for the VIP Enterprise version?

Yes, the VIP Enterprise version comes with advanced and customized features. It allows simultaneous login with multiple accounts and on multiple devices.
